After graduating Baylor University, School of Law in 1969 and George Washington University, School of Law, with a Masters of Law in 1971, Brian E. Bro worked as a Congressional Liaison Officer and for Reed, Smith, Shaw & McClay in Washington DC. Returning to Texas, Brian Bro worked for Butler, Binion, Rice, Cook & Knapp before opening his own firm in 1976.

During 1997 - 2000, Mr. Bro worked in the Securities Industry as a Financial Advisor (PaineWebber, First Union Securities and Everen Securities), before returning to the practice of law in 2001.
